Cancellation & Refund Policy – Aashify

At Aashify, we prioritize hygiene, safety, and quality.

 

1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

 

2. Returns & Refunds

Due to the intimate nature of innerwear products, returns or refunds are not accepted once the product has been delivered, except in the following cases:

Damaged product

Incorrect product delivered

Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing images.

 

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

 

4. Non-Returnable Items

Used, washed, altered, or hygiene-seal-broken items are not eligible for return or refund.
